Calling ALL clinicians and human service warriors—regardless of your specialty demographic!
In our current high-acuity behavioral health environment, there are new realities that every professional must confront—a world where “no safe experimentation exists.” The opioid and fentanyl crisis, along with new “gas station” substances and synthetic chemicals, are flooding our communities, neighborhoods, and homes to the point where no family system remains unaffected.
As a therapist working with any demographic or therapeutic approach, it is critical to be responsible for understanding new and evidence-based approaches and be aware of the myths and misinformation that can mislead treatment efforts. Most importantly, it is essential to know what treatment resources and levels of care are available to support our community.
Whether it’s residential treatment, an outpatient continuum, MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment), or Withdrawal Management (outpatient detox), this event will provide professionals with the most up-to-date information and tools to effectively help those in need.
