Jolie earned her Master’s degree in College Counseling and Student Development from NC State in May 2025. She currently holds both her LCAS-A and LCMHC-A licenses, bringing a strong foundation in clinical knowledge and a passion for client care. Her internship focused on substance use disorders, further deepening her expertise in this area. Before entering the counseling field, Jolie spent 24 years as an educator.
Her decision to transition into therapy was deeply influenced by what she observed during her time in the school system, where she developed a strong desire to support individuals on a more personal and therapeutic level. Outside of work, Jolie has been married for 29 years and is the proud mother of three children: Kyle (25), Tori (22), and Eliza (16). A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with three rescue dogs and a rescue cat.
