Jackie earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, after completing a dual BS in Psychology and Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
She has worked with clients in private practice and in outpatient treatment settings. Jackie is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. Drawing from a person-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she strives to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. She also believes in a holistic approach to wellness and enjoys incorporating creativity into the counseling process to help clients explore new perspectives and pathways to healing.
Jackie believes that while each person’s background and journey are unique, we share more common ground than we realize. Her goal is to help clients uncover resilience, wholeness, and contentment in their lives.
