CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Molly was born and raised in Western North Carolina and has dedicated more than 30 years to serving individuals and families in the behavioral health field. After earning her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Molly began building a career grounded in clinical excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to her community. Over the course of her career, she has worked across multiple levels of care, gaining extensive experience in both direct clinical services and organizational leadership. Molly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). In her free time, Molly enjoys creative pursuits including sewing, metalsmithing, pottery, and exploring new hands-on crafts. She views creativity as an important part of caring for herself—an opportunity to slow down, calm her nervous system, and practice grounding. Whether working with fabric, clay, or metal, she values the rhythm and focus of creating as a way to stay balanced and present.
